Formation of a LLC Comany PREMIUM

PThis service is the premium package for the formation of a LLC company in the Republic of Georgia. 

A LLC is a legal entity that is liable like a natural person. In Georgia every natural or legal foreign entity can form a LLC. There is no minimum capital requirement for a LLC company. 

The PREMIUM package includes:

• Formation of your company with up to two shareholder
• State fees and Public Service Hall Fees
• Physical copy of your certificate of incorporation
• Translation of your certificate of incorporation
• Notarized translation of all necessary documents
• Shipping fee for your notarized and apostilled document copies
• Assistance in opening a bank account with a leading Georgian bank
• Business address in Tbilisi for one year (renawably annually for a fee of 250 USD anually)
• Accounting for one year (renewable at 400 USD anually)
• 5 hours of legal consulting with a licensed lawyer within one year (renewable at 250 USD anually)
• Creation two contracts for your business

The client will have to provide:

• A notarized and apostilled copy of his passport that needs to be physically sent to the adress provided by us
• In case the Client is a lagal entety: notarized and apostilled copy of every shareholders passport and a notarized and apostilled copy of the certificate of incorporation
